We Understand the Challenges Your Law Firm Faces

Law firms juggle sensitive client data, multiple billing methods, and strict compliance rules. Disparate systems, lengthy underwriting waits, and high transaction costs can slow growth.

At 2Accept, we tailor payment solutions that integrate seamlessly with your practice management tools and reduce your overall processing spend so you can deliver top-tier legal counsel without billing headaches.

Complex Retainer Management

Tracking retainer payments across multiple matters often requires manual reconciliation, which increases the risk of data entry errors. Our ACH and eCheck integration automates your retainer collections, posts payments directly into matter accounts, and delivers transparent reporting.

Strict Compliance Requirements

Legal practices must follow bar association guidelines, client trust accounting rules, and PCI standards. Our gateway is entirely PCI Level 1 compliant and encrypts data end-to-end. We guide you through trust account documentation, client authorization protocols, and marketing compliance reviews to keep your firm audit-ready.

Disparate Systems Integration

Many firms struggle when billing platforms, accounting software, and client portals fail to communicate effectively with each other. Our API-first system supports seamless integrations with POS, eCommerce, mobile, EDI, and ERP systems. We connect your payment gateway to your existing software stack, allowing transaction data to flow automatically between systems.

High Chargeback Sensitivity

Although chargebacks are rare for professional services, even one can trigger underwriter scrutiny. We deploy real-time fraud monitoring and custom rules tailored to the specific patterns of the legal industry. Instant alerts help you address disputes proactively, preserving your merchant account and reputation.

Controlling Transaction Costs

Without optimized routing, firms can overpay interchange fees on routine payments. Our intelligent card routing and interchange optimization solution analyzes each transaction and routes payments through the most cost-effective networks, ensuring optimal payment processing.

Start Growing Your Law Firm With 2Accept’s Payment Solutions

Partnering with 2Accept means more than a merchant account; you get a dedicated team that knows legal billing. Our white-glove onboarding ensures a smooth setup.

Our ongoing support keeps your payment infrastructure reliable, secure, and aligned with your firm’s growth.

Personalized Onboarding

We assign you a single point of contact who handles every step from application to go live. No generic emails or hold queues. You receive clear guidance on the required documents, system configuration, and best practices for trust account compliance.

Flexible Fee Structures

Our underwriting specialists work closely with your firm to design pricing tiers that align with your case volumes and average transaction sizes. Whether your practice handles large retainers or flat-fee matters, we find a rate structure that strikes a balance between predictability and cost efficiency.

Next-Day Funding Option

Retainer and fee payments can be crucial for maintaining a positive cash flow. With our next-day funding option, funds are deposited into your trust or operating account within one business day. This frees you to manage payroll, office expenses, and strategic investments without waiting weeks for settlements.

Expert Compliance Consulting

Beyond technical integration, our compliance team advises on bar association regulations, PCI standards, marketing screening, and recurring billing rules. This guidance reduces risk and boosts client confidence in your billing processes.

Seamless System Integrations

From desktop billing to mobile client portals, we integrate our gateway with your practice management platform, high volume eCommerce solution, or custom applications. EDI and ERP consulting for larger firms means you get tailored workflows that automate invoicing, payment tracking, and accounting.

Interchange Optimization

Our card-routing diagnostics identify the most favorable network for each transaction. By optimizing for the lowest possible interchange, we help you reduce per-transaction costs. This service pays for itself when your firm processes high volumes or large retainers.
